Are woven products printed?
No. The image is created by interlacing colored threads on a jacquard loom. Selected polyester products are printed and identified separately.

Why do woven colors look muted?
The loom combines available thread colors to interpret the artwork. This creates a softer, heirloom style palette rather than neon or screen bright color.
How long does an order take?
Typical production is approximately 4–5 business days. Shipping often takes another 4–5 days within the United States. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Can I request a custom design?
Yes. Family crests, monograms, wedding designs and pet portraits are among the commissions we consider. Use the inquiry page or contact us through Etsy.
Can I place a bulk order?
Yes. We welcome inquiries for weddings, events and multiple family crest projects. Lead time and pricing depend on quantity and customization.
Can personalized items be returned?
Because personalized pieces are made specifically for you, they generally cannot be returned unless there is a production defect. Refer to the policy on the Etsy listing before ordering.
